For security purposes, it's important to keep your personal information up to date within your Novus account. Any changes to your home address, mobile number or email address should be reflected in your account.

At the moment, you can request such changes by contacting our support team via the in-app chat or โœ๏ธ

If you are contacting us by email, please make sure you are contacting us from the email address you signed up with. If you no longer have access to this email, we will ask you to complete a new identity check for security reasons.

For some changes, we may ask you for further documentation such as a picture of a valid document such as a recent utility bill, updated photo ID, deed poll or marriage certificate.
