At Novus, we are committed to keeping your personal information accurate, up to date and secure. We will generally store your information for as long as you are using your Novus account.

When you close your Novus account, due to financial regulations, we are required to keep information about you and your transactions for a minimum of six years. We also keep information about you, including your communications with us, for six years, to allow us to respond to any complaints you may have.

Whilst it's under our supervision, we can assure you that your data is stored safely and securely. Where we no longer have requirement to store any of your information, we will remove it from our system.
