As a mobile user, it is most important that you keep your mode of transport up to date as this is used to calculate the time it would take you to get to an incident (ETA).

To change the mode of transport in the mobile app:

  1. Tap the icons located at the top right of your mobile app's home screen to open the availability and mobility options screen.

The availability and mobility screen opens.

2. Tap the Mobility box to show a list the available mobility modes.

3. Tap the desired mobility mode. You can select from:

Indicates that you current mode of transport is a car.

Indicates that your current mode of transport is a 4X4 vehicle.

Indicates that your current mode of transport is a motorcycle.

Indicates that your current mode of transport is by foot.

4. Tap the icons located at the top right of your mobile app's home screen to close the availability and mobility options screen.
