The Job Board is the tab in the Nowsta Workers App where you can view all of your:
Requests for shifts
Open shifts
Availability checks
Set your availability
Navigating the Job Board
At the top of the Job Board, you will find different tabs to switch between:
Requests
Open Jobs
Availability Checks
Clicking on each tab will display the relevant job opportunities and availability requests.
Job Requests
Job requests are displayed as job cards that include:
Position
Event Name
Event Date and Time
Company
Clicking on a job card will open a detailed page with full event and job details. This is where you can accept or decline the shift.
Open Jobs
The Open Jobs tab displays all available shifts that you can choose to accept or decline. These shifts are open to multiple workers until they are filled.
Availability Checks
Availability Checks are sent by your company to determine when you are available for potential shifts.
Important: Availability checks are not job offers, but a way for companies to assess your availability before assigning shifts.
Setting Your Availability
To manage your availability:
Click on the calendar icon in the upper right corner.
This will open the Availability Screen where you can set:
Availability (when you are free to work)
Unavailability (when you cannot work)
By keeping your availability updated, your coordinators can schedule you more effectively.
