If the issue persists, double-check the email address associated with your account and ensure it is entered correctly during the reset process

Role-Based Access and Portal Navigation

Nowsta has different portals for users based on their roles

  • app.nowsta.com: Only users with Owner or Coordinator access roles can sign in here. This portal is designed for administrative and coordination tasks.

  • my.nowsta.com: If you are prompted to sign in to this portal instead, it means your account does not have the necessary access roles to use the admin/coordinator portal.

To resolve access issues:

  1. Verify your assigned role in Nowsta.

  2. If you believe you should have access to app.nowsta.com, contact your account administrator to update your role.

Understanding these role-based distinctions ensures you navigate to the correct portal and access the features you need. By following these steps, you can troubleshoot login issues effectively and ensure you are accessing the appropriate portal based on your role in Nowsta.
