Welcome to Nowsta!
Your employer will send you an email invitation to create your account. Follow these steps to get started on your phone.
1. Open your invitation email
Check your Email inbox for an invitation from Nowsta. Your employer will use your email address to invite you.
2. Activate your account
Open the email and tap Activate Your Account. This will take you to the New User Registration page.
Don’t have an invitation email?
Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, search for Nowsta Workers, and download the app. Open the Nowsta Workers app and tap Activate Account. Enter the phone number your employer has on file. We’ll send you an activation code that you can use to activate your account.
You only need to activate your account once. After your account is activated, you can sign in directly using your email address and password—there’s no need to repeat the email or activation-code process.
3. Create your account
Enter the following information:
First name
Last name
Phone number
Email address
Password
Check the box to accept Nowsta’s Terms of Use, then tap Register.
4. Download the Nowsta Workers app
Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, search for Nowsta Workers, and download the app.
5. Sign in
Open the Nowsta Workers app and sign in using the email address and password you entered during registration.
6. Allow notifications
When the app asks for permission to send you notifications, tap Allow or Accept. This helps you receive important updates about your schedule and shifts.
That’s it—you’re ready to use Nowsta! Welcome aboard.
