How to Download and Set Up the Nowsta Workers App

Overview

The Nowsta Workers App is available for both iOS and Android devices.

Before installing the app, make sure your device meets the minimum operating system requirements and has enough available storage. You should also have your Nowsta login credentials ready.

How to Download and Set Up the Nowsta Workers App

1. Download the Nowsta App

For iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the App Store on your device.

  2. Search for Nowsta.

  3. Select the official Nowsta Workers App.

  4. Tap Get or the download icon.

  5. Wait for the app to finish installing.

For Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.

  2. Search for Nowsta.

  3. Select the official Nowsta Workers App.

  4. Tap Install.

  5. Wait for the app to finish installing.

Always download the Nowsta app directly from the official app store for your device.

2. Check Your Device Requirements

Before installing Nowsta, make sure your device meets the minimum requirements.

iOS:

  • iPhone or iPad running a supported version of iOS or iPadOS

  • A reliable internet connection

  • Sufficient available storage for the app and future updates

Android:

  • Android device running a supported version of Android

  • A reliable internet connection

  • Sufficient available storage for the app and future updates

Operating system requirements may change as newer versions of the Nowsta Workers App are released. If your device is running an older operating system and the app is not available in the app store, your device may not meet the current requirements.

3. Log In for the First Time

After installing the Nowsta Workers App:

  1. Open the Nowsta Workers App.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your Nowsta account.

  3. Enter your password.

  4. Follow any additional prompts shown in the app.

  5. Once logged in, review your schedule and account information to make sure everything is correct.

Troubleshooting

The app won't install

If the Nowsta Workers App will not install:

I installed the app but cannot log in

NOTE: If you forgot your password, use the available password reset option on the login screen. If you still cannot access your account, contact your employer or the Nowsta Support Team.

I denied a permission by mistake

You can usually change app permissions through your device settings.

Go to Settings, find Nowsta, and review the available permissions.
