Nowsta provides different login options depending on whether you are a Worker, Admin/Coordinator, or Tablet Timeclock Manager.
How to Choose the Correct Login Method
1. Workers
Workers can access Nowsta through:
Nowsta Workers app on their mobile device
Worker Web App: my.nowsta.com
Workers cannot log in to the Admin site unless an admin or coordinator role has been assigned to their account.
2. Admins and Coordinators
Admins and Coordinators should log in through the Nowsta Admin site:
If you are unable to log in, confirm with your company’s Role Manager or administrator that the correct admin or coordinator role has been assigned to your account.
3. Tablet Timeclock Managers
The Tablet Timeclock app is intended for users assigned as Tablet Timeclock Managers on shared devices.
If you are a regular Worker, use the Nowsta Workers app instead.
Alternative Method
If you are having trouble logging in through the mobile app, try accessing the Worker Web App from a browser: Worker Web App
This can help determine whether the issue is specific to the mobile app.
Troubleshooting
If you are still unable to log in:
Confirm that you are using the correct app or login URL for your role.
Verify that your email address and password are correct.
If you are trying to access the Admin site, confirm that your company has assigned you an Admin or Coordinator role.
Make sure you are using the appropriate Nowsta app for your role.
If the issue continues, contact Nowsta Support and provide a screenshot of the error, if available.

Admins and Coordinators should use the Admin site.
The Tablet Timeclock app is specifically for Tablet Timeclock Managers.
Having a Worker account does not automatically provide access to the Admin site. An appropriate admin role must be assigned.
