A temporary password is only intended to provide temporary access to your account. After logging in, you can use the Forgot Password option to create a new permanent password.
How to Reset Your Password
Log in to your Nowsta account using the temporary password.
Log out of your account.
On the login screen, select Forgot Password.
Enter the email address associated with your Nowsta account.
Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the email address.
Check your email for the password reset instructions from Nowsta.
Follow the instructions to create a new password.
Log in again using your new password.
Troubleshooting
Incorrect Email Address
If youâre unsure which email address is associated with your account:
Verify the email address you used to register for Nowsta.
Check for typos or extra spaces before or after the email address.
If you have multiple email addresses, make sure youâre using the one associated with your Nowsta account.
Reset Code Issues
If you receive a reset code:
Enter the code exactly as provided.
Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the code.
No Password Reset Email
If you donât receive the password reset email:
Check your Spam or Junk folder.
Confirm that you entered the correct email address.
Try requesting the password reset again.
If you still donât receive the email, contact Nowsta Support.
