You can order with Just Eat on your phone, tablet, laptop or computer.

Once you’re logged in on our app or website, just enter your address and Eircode, pick a place to order from (try sorting by cuisine if you know what you’re after) and pick whatever your heart (or stomach) desires. It’s as easy as that.

Can I collect a takeaway order from the restaurant?

Many of our Restaurant Partners offer collection, and if so, this will show on their Just Eat menu.

Where collection is offered, you can choose to collect your order at the restaurant yourself. If your order is for collection, you’ll need to check the restaurant address when placing the order and arrive there at the given time.

When you receive your order, we ask that you double-check it to make sure everything is ok. If there’s something wrong with your order – like a missing, cold or incorrect item – please let the restaurant staff know so that they can resolve this for you there and then.

Can I add special requests to my takeaway order?

Fancy some extra onions on your burger? Prefer ketchup to garlic sauce? When you pay, just leave a note for the restaurant with any special requests.

If you have any specific dietary-related questions, it’s best to call the restaurant directly.

How does checking out and payment work?

You will need to create a Just Eat account. Keep an eye out for money-saving discounts and offers, which you can apply to your order at checkout.

You can pay for your order by:

  • Debit or credit card

  • Cash at select restaurants

Once you’ve placed your order, we'll send you a confirmation email with all the details. All you need to do then is sit back and relax while the restaurant prepares your order.
