Android Users

You will receive a welcome email with a link to access the Nue Portal where you will begin the onboarding process. You may access the Nue Portal via the link in your welcome email or by visiting https://portal.nue.life/. On the Nue Portal, you will enter the email address used to sign up and click “send code.” You only need to click once. A six-digit code will be sent to your email (the one used to sign up) that you will copy and paste into the provided space on portal.nue.life to sign in. Once you are signed in you can fill out your onboarding forms.

Upon completion, you will be prompted to set up a call with your Client Success Manager (CSM) who will be assigned to you to help you navigate the program. During this call with your CSM, they will help you schedule your initial medical consultation with your licensed provider and answer any questions you have.

IOS Users

You will receive a welcome email with a link to download the Nue App. You will be able to begin the onboarding process by either clicking on the Nue App link in the email, or going directly to the Apple App Store and searching for “Nue Life Health.” After downloading the app, use the email and password you created when booking your initial call to sign in. After signing in to the app you can fill out your onboarding forms through the reflect screen.

After completing the onboarding forms you will be prompted (through the app’s chat feature) to set up a call with your CSM who is assigned to you to help navigate the program. During this call with your CSM, they will help you schedule your initial medical consultation with your licensed provider and answer any questions you have.
