The Data Factory contains datasources you've connected from your pool of available platform Integrations. Learn how to find your datasources, activate them and add them to your Groups.

To learn more about connecting datasources, see How do I connect my API datasources?

Step by step: How to navigate the Data Factory

  1. From the home page, click the burger menu icon. Under the Data section, click on 'Data Factory'.

  2. Once inside, scroll down through your available datasources or search for them by name using the search bar.

  3. To view the various filters options available, click 'Filter' in the top right corner. You can then choose filters from the available options and click 'Apply' to implement them. To remove all applied filters, simply click on 'Clear Filter'.

Admin Users can see all datasources connected to your team, while Standard Users will only be able to see datasources in Groups they have access to.

Step by step: How to add datasources to Groups

  1. If the datasource status is not activated, click on 'Activate' to change its status to available.

  2. Once the datasource is activated, click on the 'Settings' button where the activate button used to be.

  3. Expand the drop down menu under 'Access groups', and select the Group(s) you'd like to add the datasource to. Once a Group's icon appears under the Groups column, the datasource will be available for use in that Group!
