Usage reports: How do I know who's most active on Nugit?

Usage data is available from the back end and can help you understand the consumption of your data stories & how to potentially improve them.

Please reach out to your Client Success Manager to access your first usage reports or make changes to the existing ones & gather the usage insights you're looking for.

What can you learn from usage reports?

Internal usage:

  • How many users, groups, stories are active on your team?

  • How often is your team / colleagues using Nugit? Who are the most & least active logged-in users, groups, business units...?

  • How are they mainly using the platform? Are they focusing on creating new reports, amending existing ones, or sharing finalised versions?


External usage:

  • Email delivery: how many reports are sent, opened, clicked through? 

  • Who is accessing your reports? On which devices? In which formats? (live view, email, PPT..)

  • Do they read the entire report (% scrolling) or only the first few Nugits? 

  • Do they provide feedback using the feedback pop-up window?
