What can you learn from usage reports?
Internal usage:
How many users, groups, stories are active on your team?
How often is your team / colleagues using Nugit? Who are the most & least active logged-in users, groups, business units...?
How are they mainly using the platform? Are they focusing on creating new reports, amending existing ones, or sharing finalised versions?
External usage:
Email delivery: how many reports are sent, opened, clicked through?
Who is accessing your reports? On which devices? In which formats? (live view, email, PPT..)
Do they read the entire report (% scrolling) or only the first few Nugits?
Do they provide feedback using the feedback pop-up window?
