Why are my datasources disconnected?

If a source status says 'Disconnected' in Data Factory, you may not be able to show new data from that source in your stories.

This may happen after the auth token (a.k.a. the login credentials used to connect to an API) of a data source no longer has permission to access data in the relevant platform accounts.

If you would like to use data from that source, reach out to Nugit Customer Support by clicking the chatbox button at the bottom right of the Nugit web app screen. The team will help to identify the auth token the disconnected source belongs to, and you can choose to re-enable platform permissions for the auth token.

Alternatively, you may make a new connection with an auth token that has permissions. For more information, see How do I connect my API datasources?

If your disconnected source is a LinkedIn API source, this may be because LinkedIn's auth tokens automatically expire every 90 days.

To reconnect LinkedIn sources, re-enter credentials of the auth token (LinkedIn account) used to connect the source, using the same steps in 'How do I connect my API datasources?'
