The Member Demographics view summarises the detailed member demographic data reported into a single interactive view to augment the review process. The value of this view is to distil a significant amount of data into a picture that an SME can review and easily identify any issues or concerns.
Navigation
To access the Member Demographics data view
Click Connect Reporting (in the left-hand navigation bar)
Click Structure and Profile
Click Member Demographics
Visualisation
This view allows you to analyse period-on-period data along with the ability to drill deeper into the data to determine any anomalies.
Click a data segment you wish to inspect
The data visualisation will transform to show that segments data
