You can view your business's messages from any internet connected phone, tablet, or desktop computer.
From a Computer
Go to inbox.numa.com
Sign in with your email address and the Numa password you chose when you created your account
All your messages can be found in the Inbox tab
Tip: If you would like to receive browser notifications when a new customer messages comes in, you can turn on the Browser Notifications setting within Settings
From a phone or tablet
Download the Numa app from your device's app store (Google Play, App Store)
Launch the app
Sign in with your email address and the Numa password you chose when you created your account
All your messages can be found in the Inbox tab
As long as you stay signed in to your account on your device, you will receive notifications when new customer messages come in
