Note: This help topic assumes you need to change one of the specific answers Numa is automatically sending in response to customers' questions. Of course! If you don't like one of the responses you've seen Numa giving to a customer, you have two options:
- Update Numa's answer. Sign in to your account at inbox.numa.com. Go to the Set up Numa > Questions & answers. Browse the topics Numa knows about your business to find the relevant one. Click the Edit button to update Numa's response to whatever you want it to be, and press Save. Numa will start using your new preferred answer when future customers ask about this topic.
- Turn off smart auto-replies for the topic in question. If you're finding that Numa's responses to a particular topic are regularly problematic, or it's a topic where no simple single answer can satisfactorily answer your customers' concerns, you can always tell Numa to not automatically answer for any specific topic. Sign in to your account at inbox.numa.com. Go to the Set up Numa > Questions & answers. Browse the topics Numa knows about your business to find the relevant one. Toggle that topic's auto-replies off. You'll continue to see Numa use your saved answer as a suggested reply when the topic comes up in a conversation, but Numa will never send the response automatically.
