- Go to an existing or start a new conversation with your customer
- In the new message field of the conversation, select Shortcuts
- In the list of shortcuts, choose Start Video Chat
Numa currently supports Zoom as a video conferencing provider. To start a video chat with a customer, you'll provide Numa your Zoom Personal Meeting Identifier. Numa will remember this and automatically insert a link to the Zoom video conference in future uses of the video chat shortcut.
