Twilio's systems appeared to have started recovering at 10:14 am EST. Numa should be working as expected. We'll continue to monitor the situation.

This morning, the service that we rely on for voice and text (Twilio) is having an outage that is causing issues within Numa. We are seeing the following impacts to our service:
Delays in messages being sent and received
Duplicate messages being received
Some messages not being delivered from Numa
We are monitoring the situation and Numa's service will be restored as soon as Twilio's issue is resolved. Our sincere apologies for the disruption that this is causing your businesses.
Until the issue is resolved, it may be best to pick up the phone and try to call customers that reach out to you using Numa.
