The reports feature is available with the Numa Pro license

The Numa reporting feature gives your reporting across all your Numa inboxes. You'll be able to quickly see how quickly your team is responding to customers and how long it takes to close conversations with the Responsiveness dashboard.

The Team dashboard allows you quickly to see which team members are handling the most conversations and being responsive.

The Messaging and Phone calls dashboards provide you:

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly call volumes

  • Call outcome statistics (Voicemails, Text Opt-in, Hang-ups, etc...)

  • The topics that customers are messaging about

To add the reporting feature to your account please press the Help button in Numa to start a chat with the Numa support team.
