Troubleshooting

Fix common issues: buttons missing, calculator not visible, factoring not loading, or AI emails not sending.

DAT not loading or “You have been blocked”

If you see this screen when clicking Open DAT, the issue is with regional access — not Numeo Spot (formerly LoadOps).

Try this:

  1. Use a VPN or a US-based proxy.

  2. Refresh and sign in again once DAT loads.

  3. Reopen the Numeo Spot extension.

DAT occasionally limits traffic from certain regions.

Using a US VPN (for example, Chicago or Dallas region) usually resolves it.

Buttons not showing in DAT

  • Refresh the tab.

  • Confirm you’re signed in.

  • Check the toolbar icon is active.

Profit calculator missing

  • Click the Numeo Spot icon.

  • Enable Profit calculator.

  • Refresh the DAT tab.

Factoring score not visible

  • Go to Settings → Factoring.

  • Select a provider (RTS, WEX, or Triumph).

  • Log in to the selected provider if prompted.

AI emails not sending

  • Confirm email connection.

  • Switch the thread to Manual, send once, return to AI.

  • Check browser pop-up permissions.
