What Load Radar does
Load Radar watches the boards for you. You set your filters — lane, equipment, rate floor, deadhead cap, state exclusions — and Radar scans the connected boards against them at the frequency you choose. The moment a matching load posts, Radar sends you an alert with the full load details and broker contact, so you can email or call before anyone else.
Set up a Radar
Go to agent.numeo.ai → Find Loads → Load Radar.
Click + New Radar (or + Add New Radar at the top right).
Pick the Sources you want this Radar to watch — DAT, Truckstop, and your connected brokerage feeds (TQL, C.H. Robinson, Schneider, RXO, Echo, KNX, J.B. Hunt, Arrive Logistics, Emerge, Mode Global, Parade, HappyRobot, Spot, Convoy, Uber Freight, Nolan).
Set the Route: Origin and Destination, each with a search radius (default 150 miles).
Pick your Equipment and Pickup Date window.
Apply Filters: Min Rate, Min RPM, Min and Max Miles, Max Weight, Max Deadhead.
Optional: add brokers to the MC Blacklist by company name or MC number to exclude them.
Pick a Frequency — how often Radar should scan the boards: 1m, 5m, 15m, 30m, or 1h.
Pick Run For — how long this Radar will keep running before it stops on its own: 2h, 4h, 8h, 12h, or 24h.
Choose how you want to be alerted (see Alert channels below).
Optional: give your Radar a name. Otherwise it's auto-generated from the route.
Click Start Radar.
Alert channels
In the Notify via section, check any combination of these channels. Each one has a quick first-time setup:
Mobile Push
Get alerts on the Numeo App for iOS or Android.
Check the Mobile Push box.
If the box says Not connected, click Install. A dialog opens with a QR code — scan it with your phone camera to install the Numeo App.
You can also download the app directly at numeo.ai/numeo-app.
Sign in on mobile with the same email you use on the web — alerts route to whichever device is signed into your account.
Telegram
Get alerts in a Telegram chat with the Numeo bot.
Check the Telegram box.
Click Connect bot — Telegram opens with @load_radar_numeo_bot.
Tap Start in the bot chat.
From now on, alerts from any Radar with Telegram enabled arrive in that chat.
Get alerts as email.
Check the Email box.
An Enter emails… field appears. Type one or more email addresses where you want this Radar's alerts delivered.
You can use a different recipient list for each Radar — for example, your own inbox for one lane and a teammate's inbox for another.
Mobile and Telegram setup also live in the top bar of the Load Radar page as Install app and Connect TG — so you can do these once for all your Radars instead of per-Radar.
Use
Tap any alert to jump straight to the matching load — ready to email or call.
Pause a Radar anytime when you don't need alerts (overnight, on a day off).
Edit the filters as the day changes — same Radar, new criteria.
Each Radar stops automatically when its Run For window ends. Start it again anytime.
Notes
Tighter frequencies catch loads faster but generate more alerts. Most carriers set their primary Radar to scan every 5 minutes and a long-range backup Radar every 1 hour.
Radar matches are deduplicated — you won't get repeat alerts for the same load.
Telegram setup is one-time. Once you've started the bot, any Radar with Telegram enabled delivers to that chat.
Mobile push requires the Numeo App installed and signed in with the same email as your web account.
Email recipients are set per Radar, so different Radars can alert different people.
