In the Numeo Spot panel, click either Send Offer Email (to express interest) or Send Booking Email (to confirm booking). A pre-filled email draft appears, built from your saved template in Settings. The draft automatically populates the route, pickup date, equipment type, and your MC number. Review the content, adjust the rate if needed, and click the blue Send button.
