Standard Pricing

Numeral keeps pricing simple and transparent:

  • No subscription fee – We don’t charge a monthly or annual platform fee.

  • $75 per filing – Flat fee, regardless of filing frequency (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, or prepayments).

  • $150 per backfiling – Applies when a filing deadline has already passed. We’ll help you get caught up and back in compliance.

  • $150 per registration – One-time fee when you need to register for sales tax in a new state.

Custom Pricing

Some clients may have custom pricing based on their filing volume, complexity, or specific business needs. If you are on a custom pricing plan, you’ll see your tailored rates reflected in your invoices.
