Each plan includes core features like timesheet tracking, but advanced features (like inventory management or budgeting) are unlocked with higher-tier plans.

The Starter Account is ideal for individuals just beginning their business journey. It includes 1 user (owner only) and access to essential accounting features. It's perfect for testing the system or running a solo operation with minimal needs.

Designed for self-employed professionals who need simple, efficient tools for tracking transactions and time. Supports 1 user, 1,000 transactions, time tracking, and 5 GB of document storage.
Business Lite | 399 USD/year
Great for small teams needing more capacity. It includes 10,000 transactions, 5 users, timesheet tracking, and recurring transactions support — ideal for growing service-based operations.
Business Pro | 489 USD/year
A robust mid-tier solution for businesses that require budgeting tools and additional users. It includes 10 users, 10,000 transactions, P&L Budgeting, and expanded storage.
Business Unlimited | 899 USD/year
A comprehensive package for high-volume businesses with large teams. It offers unlimited transactions, 15 users, advanced tools like P&L budgeting, 25 GB of storage, and recurring transactions.
Retail Growth | 579 USD /year
Perfect for growing retail businesses that need higher transaction limits and inventory management. Includes 50,000 transactions, inventory support, budgeting tools, and 10 users.
Retail Unlimited | 999 USD/year
The all-in-one solution for retail businesses with high-volume needs. Offers unlimited transactions, full inventory management, budgeting, 15 users, and maximum storage capacity.

All NuMetric subscriptions are billed annually, providing users with consistent access and simplified budgeting through a one-time yearly payment.

To access advanced features in NuMetric, you'll need to upgrade from a free Starter account to one of the available subscription plans.
Why To Subscribe?
Subscribing unlocks tools like:
Increased transaction and user limits
Access to timesheets, recurring entries, budgeting, and inventory (based on plan)
Additional storage and team collaboration options
How to Subscribe:
Go to your Profile > Settings
Click Subscriptions
Choose your desired plan
Click Buy Plan
Enter your card details and click Complete Purchase
✅ Once the payment is successful, your plan will be activated immediately.

Upgrade Your Plan
You can upgrade your NuMetric subscription at any time during your current plan period.
How Upgrades Work:
NuMetric applies a prorated charge based on the remaining days of your current annual subscription.
This ensures you only pay the difference between your current plan and the upgraded plan for the rest of your subscription year.
📌 Example:
If you’re 3 months into a Freelance plan and choose to upgrade to Business Lite, you’ll only be billed the prorated difference for the remaining 9 months.
How to Upgrade:
Go to your Profile > Settings
Click Subscriptions
Choose a higher-tier plan
Click Upgrade and follow the checkout process
✅ Your new plan features will be activated immediately after payment.
Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your NuMetric subscription at any time directly from your account settings.
What Happens When You Cancel:
Your current plan will remain active until the end of your subscription period.
After that, your subscription will not renew automatically.
You will retain access to all features included in your plan until the expiration date.
🔔 Note: NuMetric does not issue refunds for canceled subscriptions. We recommend keeping your plan active until the end of your billing cycle to make full use of its benefits.
How to Cancel:
Go to your Profile > Settings
Click Subscriptions
Select Cancel Plan
Confirm cancellation
You can resubscribe or upgrade again at any time

Designed for service providers, this add-on helps you schedule, manage, and grow your bookings with a sleek, all-in-one calendar-based appointment platform.
How to Subscribe to Now8 Add-ons
Now8 e-Commerce and Now8 Online Appointment are available as paid add-ons and can be subscribed to at any time—no matter your current NuMetric plan.
Steps to Subscribe:
Go to the Add-ons section from your NuMetric dashboard.
Choose either:
Now8 e-Commerce (for online store setup)
Now8 Online Appointment (for scheduling services)
Click "Add $240/year".
Confirm your purchase through the secure payment system.
