Want to use your own domain instead of .nunchee.tv?
To the DNS/domain configuration, we need to generate the domain certificates of the web that the app will use, we would like to know which domain you would like to use to host your app. There are two ways we can approach this. It will depend on your needs:
You give us DNS/domain control:
You set our AWS NS(name servers) records for your app domain in your DNS hosting config, after the DNS propagation, we take control of DNS configurations. If you don't have problems with this, any DNS record in your hosting will be replicated.
Pros:
We can set the root domain at https://yourdomain.com which will direct to your Nunchee web.
Cons:
If you need any records created, you will have to create a support request (ticket).
2. You don't give us the DNS/domain control:
You will have to create a CNAME record in which we will give you the domain ownership validation. Then we will use this record to generate the certificates.
Pros:
You can create, configure any records on your domain without contacting us.
Cons:
You will not be able to direct the root domain to your Nunchee app web, instead, you have to use a CNAME like www.yourdomain.com
