How to request support from Nunchee

Service-level Agreement.

We provide all Nunchee.com customers with a Service Level Agreement (SLA), that guarantees 99.5% uptime. We strive to reply and help our customers as quickly and effectively as we can.

A customer will wait no longer than 48 hours to receive a reply from the Nunchee.com support staff.

Custom plans include additional support as well as some additional functionalities or custom integrations. For more information, please contact us.

Our engineers provide hands-on support via email to everyone. We offer additional support packages which may include via phone support as well.

To report Bugs, errors, or functionality issues, please send a Ticket:

1 - In Nunchee Console (console.nunchee.tv), open a ticket under the menu Help Center > Tickets and Support.

For any questions regarding how to use the platform or how to configure your service, you can always find information in the Help Center > FAQ

Our Customer Success Specialist will also help you if you are not able to find your answer in the Help Center.
