All Nunchee services infrastructure and databases are hosted in Amazon Web Service (AWS) in Virginia (US-east-1). The encoded videos and images are distributed through global CDN providers such as Akamai, Fastly, and AWS (Cloudfront).

Regarding “Customer Data”, that includes all information of Subscribers uploaded or routed to Nunchee transmitted with our platform or otherwise provided to us by our clients.

Data Protection: Each Party is responsible for its own compliance and agrees to make its best efforts to fully comply with any applicable federal and state privacy laws. In the course of performing their respective obligations and services under the Agreement, Customer Data, which includes Personal Information of Consumers (“PI”), may be exchanged.

SMARTBOXTV (Nunchee) is granted access to that PI and may collect and process additional PI, solely in its capacity as a service provider, and solely for the business purposes set forth in the Agreement. SMARTBOXTV will otherwise protect PI as required by applicable laws and will not use, disclose, or transfer such PI except as necessary to perform under this Agreement or as authorized by the data subject or in accordance with applicable law. Moreover, it’s important to clarify that:
· We are not collecting highly sensitive data, such as credit card information.
· We are only using aggregated data to (i) provide reporting to our clients and (ii) to make improvements on Nunchee®.
· Aggregated data will always be used only for legitimate business purposes.
