Information on using the service tab

Here you can fill out more detailed information about your client. Not every field might be relevant for you, just fill out what is necessary. 

1. By adding in a service end date you can 'archive' your clients in the future.

2. Teams, default invoice contact and product are all optional. You need to set up your invoice contact and product in your settings before to see the option in the drop down list. If your client only have one invoice contact for all their visits, adding that information here will fill out automatically these details in every visit.

3.  Preferred carer information helps set you up for using our preferred carer optimisation tool.
