Client Visits - List Report

Visits List is our most comprehensive report. Use it to audit care, edit visit details, track tasks, and even generate invoices.

How to Generate Your Report

1. Navigate to Reports > Client reports > Visits - List.

2. Select your date range and choose either a specific client or "All Clients."

Power Tip: Use the filters to narrow down your view by Invoice Contact, Visit Status (Completed, Cancelled, etc.), or Report Type (Detailed vs. Task Values).

3. The following view will display showing all the details about the client's visits.

4. Each line will be a different colour:

  • Green - completed visit

  • Grey - cancelled visit

  • Yellow - visit was started but not completed

  • White unassigned, missed or not updated

Note: Reports can be generated to show upcoming visits, just select the date range in the future. These can then be printed and placed in client's homes if required.

Editing Visit Details

Need to fix a mistake? Simply click any row to edit the visit. You can override start/end times, change the status, or update the invoice contact.

Don't forget to hit "Save" once you’ve made your adjustments!

Customising Your View & Actions

The Actions button is your toolkit: Print to generate PDFs, Copy to Clipboard to move data into Excel, or Create Invoice to handle your billing in seconds.

  • Read more about creating invoices from here.

Use the Settings button to choose exactly which columns you see (like mileage or task values) and toggle between viewing time in minutes or decimal hours.

Advanced Reporting Ideas

Carer notes reports:

Adjust your Settings to include "Visit Notes." You can then copy this data into a spreadsheet to review all carer feedback for a specific period.

Then you can use the option Copy to Clipboard from the Actions menu and paste this info into a spreadsheet

Cancelled Visits

Filter by "Cancelled Visits" and enable "Cancellation Reasons" in Settings to spot patterns in service interruptions.

Other reports:

Use the filters at the bottom of the "Visit Type" list to find visits where the actual time differed significantly from the plan—perfect for quality monitoring!
