I have an emergency and cannot work my confirmed shift - What do I do?

Once you are confirmed to work a shift, you should only withdraw in case of an emergency. If you need to withdraw due to transportation, reach out to our 24/7 support team and we can order you a Lyft. If you still can’t honor your commitment, withdraw as soon as possible to minimize impact on your Reliability score.

In the event of an emergency, please follow these steps:

  1. Withdraw from the shift in the NurseDash app and provide reasoning.

  2. Call the facility immediately to notify them you will not be there.

  3. Provide documentation to our Trust Team HERE as soon as possible.
