Sometimes the Nurture Assistant may freeze when responding to you in the assistant chat. This is caused by OpenAI freezing when generating a response.
Unfortunately we cannot prevent this from happening all of the time, but when it does happen, try this :
Close the student’s review page to go back to the assessment page.
Click on ‘Review’ to open the students review page once more.
Send any message to the assistant to prompt it to respond once again.
This should get the Nurture Assistant to try and send its next message.
Unfortunately the original message that is frozen may not be saved, but asking the assistant to ‘Try again’ will reactivate it to try generate a new response.
