Once your rubric is created, underneath the rubric select the 'Criteria Labels' option and this will hide the points on the rubric from Students.

When the student unlocks their final grade it will be displayed to them as one of your criteria labels as an average of what they achieved.

Note : Points will still appear for you only when creating the rubric, once the assessment is set these points will not appear.
