We are delighted to announce a new way for teachers to create tasks in Nurture :

Create tasks from worksheets or past exam questions πŸŽ‰

When you go to create a task on Nurture you will notice a new screen that has a couple of new options :

  • (New) Upload a worksheet - This uses the exact questions and Nurture will new learning outcomes.

  • (New) Upload a past exam question - This uses the exact questions and Nurture will new learning outcomes.

  • Start from scratch - Nurture will generate questions and learning outcomes. (This is how task generation currently works)

Both new features work in a similar way :

  1. Select either 'Upload a worksheet or assessment' or 'Upload a past exam question'.

  2. Upload your material as either a PDF or Image

  3. Choose any curriculum documents you want to inform the learning outcomes.

  4. Click 'Generate Task'

Nurture will then extract any text sources, instructions and questions from your uploaded material and enter them into the Task Descriptions / Questions field and also the Marking Scheme field exactly as they are. Nurture will then enhance your worksheet or past exam question by generating curriculum aligned learning outcomes.

This allows you to very quickly turn your existing materials into tasks ready for the Nurture Assistant to understand and then assign to your students without needing to generate a task entirely from scratch every time.
