Description

Nurture's goal is to improve student outcomes and we know that it can be daunting to have to learn a new app or technology. That is why Nurture has been built to integrate directly within Microsoft Teams so teachers and students can use it in a plantform they are already familiar with.

Nurture is a Microsoft Teams application that is installed by teachers to an individual Microsoft Teams channel. If you are a student with multiple teachers using Nurture accross multiple different teams, you can find the app installed onto each team you are a student of.

Troubleshooting & F.A.Q

My student wants to use Nurture with another account but it keeps them logged into one account, even after manually logging out of Nurture on teams?

If your student is trying to log out of Nurture and log in using another account but it keeps them logged into the same account, the likely cause of this is they selected Yes when asked if they wanted to 'Stay Signed In' with their Microsoft Teams authentication the first time they logged into Nurture here :

Stay signed in modal when logging into Nurture using Microsoft Authentication

This means they will remain logged into Nurture using that account each time they access it, even if they manually log out.

To fix this, the student must clear the cache of the Microsoft Teams app and log in again. If they select 'No' when asked if they want to stay signed in then they can easily swap between accounts on Nurture after this.
