Welcome to NutriList, a mobile and web application operated by Simple Automations, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NutriList application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using NutriList, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

NutriList is a nutrition-aware grocery list and product analysis application designed to help users:

  • manage grocery lists

  • review food ingredients and nutrition data

  • receive AI-powered recommendations

  • organize shopping based on dietary preferences

NutriList does not sell food products directly and does not guarantee product availability, pricing, or nutritional accuracy.

3. Not Medical or Dietary Advice

Information provided by NutriList is for informational purposes only.

NutriList:

  • is not a medical service

  • does not provide medical advice

  • is not a substitute for professional healthcare advice

Always consult a qualified professional before making health or dietary decisions.

You use the Service at your own risk.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information

  • maintain account security

  • notify us of unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation

  • attempt to reverse engineer the Service

  • interfere with servers or infrastructure

  • scrape or extract large datasets

  • upload malicious software

  • misuse AI features

  • impersonate another person or entity

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All content within NutriList, including:

  • design

  • logos

  • trademarks

  • databases

  • ingredient analysis

  • algorithms

are owned by Simple Automations, Inc. or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without permission.

8. User Content

You may submit content such as:

  • grocery lists

  • preferences

  • dietary restrictions

  • notes

You retain ownership of your content.

However, you grant Simple Automations, Inc. a non-exclusive license to use this data to:

  • operate the Service

  • improve functionality

  • personalize recommendations

9. Third-Party Data

NutriList may use information from third-party sources such as:

  • food manufacturers

  • public nutrition databases

  • retailers

  • certification bodies

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party data.

10. AI Features

NutriList may use artificial intelligence or machine learning systems to generate:

  • ingredient analysis

  • product insights

  • dietary suggestions

  • recommendations

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions.

11. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted availability

  • error-free operation

  • continuous access

12. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of NutriList may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions:

  • may automatically renew unless cancelled

  • are billed through the relevant app store or payment provider

  • can be cancelled according to the store’s policies

Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Automations, Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties regarding:

  • nutritional accuracy

  • health outcomes

  • product availability

  • uninterrupted operation

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simple Automations, Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • loss of data or profits

  • health or dietary decisions made using the Service

  • inaccuracies in third-party product information

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the previous 12 months, if any.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simple Automations, Inc. from any claims arising from:

  • misuse of the Service

  • violation of these Terms

  • violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within the State of Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of NutriList after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
