How can I enable or disable certain clients' access to the mobile app?

You can set which clients have or not access to the mobile app at any time, as well as its features. 

To disable access you have two options:

  • Access your client's profile;

  • Access tab 8. Deliverables;

  • Choose to Enable or Disable the Client's mobile app preferences:

You can also choose what features you want them to have access to or not:

  • The whole mobile app;

  • The messages feature;

  • Client weight registration;

  • Appointment confirmation;

  • Food diary;

  • Nutritional information.

You can also disable these options for all of your clients:

  • Access your Configurations and Preferences page;

  • Find the section Presets;

  • Choose to Enable or Disable:
