You can set which clients have or do not have access to the mobile app at any time, as well as its features.
To disable access, you have two options:
Access your client's profile;
Access tab Deliverables;
Choose to Enable or Disable the Client's mobile app preferences:
You can also choose what features you want them to have access to or not:
The whole mobile app.
The messages feature.
Client weight registration.
Appointment confirmation.
Food diary.
Nutritional information.
You can also disable these options for all of your clients:
Access your Configurations and Preferences page.
Find the section Presets.
Choose to Enable or Disable:
