To cancel your active subscription, you just need to access your subscription page and click on "Disable automatic payments":

You will receive a small survey that will take you only a few minutes so you can let us know the reason why you want to cancel the recurring billing on your account, as this is valuable information for us:

This survey is mandatory - it will not be possible to cancel your recurring billing if you don't answer it.

In case you want to renew your subscription, you just need to go to the same page and click on "Renew subscription". All of your clients' information is kept in the safest way.
