You can download your clients' information directly in your Nutrium account.
Click on your username, on the right-hand side, and access the "Privacy and notifications" section;
Select the option "Export all clients' information":
You will receive an email from which you can download a CSV file with the information.
If you don't receive the email after 20 minutes, we suggest you check all the folders in your email. However, note that if there is a lot of information, it is perfectly normal for the download to take longer.
So that the generated documents has the best possible format, your device will ideally have Microsoft Office Excel installed.
