How to integrate video call platforms with online appointment requests?

Learn how you can integrate video call platforms when you receive an online appointment request

Updated over a year ago

You have the possibility to create a link with which any person can book an appointment with you through our platform. Learn more about this feature in this article.

It is also possible that, when you accept the appointment request, you choose if you want to use a video call platform which are integrated with Nutrium (Zoom and Google Meet) or any other platform.

Note: This is only valid for online services. Nutrium will recognize when the required service is an online service and will then make that option available.

  • Access the Calendar section, check the appointment request and click on Answer request;

  • Confirm this is an online appointment and then click on Accept;

    • If you still haven't integrated with Zoom or Google Meet, Nutrium will let you know about it and will give you the option to integrate with your preferred platform:

As soon as you click on Integrate now, you will be directed to the Integrations page, and you will have to click on Enable to integrate Nutrium with the chosen service.

After accepting the request, the video call link will be automatically generated, and it will then be sent an automated email to the client with the video call link and all the information regarding the appointment.

If you integrate with Google Meet, this integration will also be done through Google Calendar, and the client will receive another notification from this platform with all the appointment details.

Day of the Appointment

You will see the option to start the video call through Nutrium, and if in the meantime you access your calendar on Nutrium and click on the scheduled appointment, you will be able to see that the link was automatically created:
