How can I test the Nutrium mobile app for clients during my trial?

If you want to make the most out of your trial period and see how the client app works, just follow the steps listed below.

  • Access your example client's profile;

  • Access tab 8. Deliverables;

  • In the "Mobile app for your client" field, enter your mobile number, click "Send access instructions to your client" and then "Send by SMS":

Once you receive the SMS, click on the link to be taken to the application download page, if you haven't downloaded the app already. Once the download is complete, you will be automatically redirected to the app.

Attention: This link only lasts for 48 hours. If you do not access the app within that time, you will have to send a new message.

On the other hand, you can email the login instructions or click the green circular arrow to automatically generate a new random password.

Bear in mind you should only choose one these options so that they don't invalidate themselves.

The client app only works for accounts registered as a client and not as a professional, so you should use the example client access or create a fictitious client. If you try to access it with your professional account you will be redirected to the professional mobile app.
