Does Nutrium offer pre-made meal plans?

Learn how to create meal plans and how to import meal plans templates.

To find out more about Nutrium's pre-made meal plans:

  • Access left-hand side menu Templates;

  • Use filter System Templates:

Nutrium offers meal plans with different macronutrient and calorie distributions, dietary restrictions, and different meal distributions.

To make changes, simply duplicate and start building your base of template meal plans adapted to your clients.

To change the system's pre-made meal plans

  • Access left-hand side menu Templates;

  • Choose the meal plan you want to adapt;

  • Click Duplicate on the right-hand side;

  • Change its name;

  • Add and remove your foods and/or recipes:

To create your template food plans in Nutrium

  • Access left-hand side menu Templates;

  • Click on the '+' sign on the right or Create meal plan template at the bottom of the page;

  • Give a name to your meal plan template a name that allows you to identify it easily;

  • Add your foods and/or recipes.

Import meal plan to client's profile

To speed up your appointments and the creation of meal plans, you can add these already calculated meal plans as a basis for your clients' plans during the appointment itself. To do this:

  • Go to section 5. Meal Plan in the patient profile/appointment flow;

  • Click on the "Import new plan" button;

  • Choose the "Meal plan templates" option to find the already created meal plans available in Nutrium;

  • Search for the plan by keywords, such as "Bone Health" or "Ketogenic", or apply the "System plans" filter;

  • Select for which days of the week you want to add this plan, or if you want the same plan for every day.

  • Select the option Replace the current meal plan for the meal plan to import;

  • Click Import Now or Schedule Import to automatically import the plan to a later date:

Note: Make sure you select the option to replace the current plan with the plan to import to ensure that Nutrium replaces one with the other. If you don't, Nutrium will add the new foods to the foods already added in this section.
