How to Sync Google Fit or Apple Health Fitness with Nutrium

Discover how you can view physical activities registered in Google Fit or Apple Health directly in the Nutrium mobile app

Nutrium mobile application allows your patients not only to consult the food plan and recommendations, but also to record their weight and physical activity, among others.

To make the use of the Nutrium application simpler and more intuitive, it is possible to synchronize the physical activities of other applications used for this purpose, such as Google Fit or the Apple Health application.

This information complements the food diary and allows professionals a better analysis of all the activities and progress of their clients.

Note: the integration between these applications and the Nutrium application allows the synchronization of any physical activity, except for daily steps and walks shorter than less than 15 minutes.

Check below how your patients can activate this integration.

How to enable fitness sync on Android

1. Download the app Google Fit if you have an Android device;

2. After creating an account in one of the previous apps, access the Nutrium mobile app, find the "Physical Activity" section and click on the wristband icon, in the upper right hand side;

3. In the message that appears, click on "Allow" so that the Nutrium app can access the physical activity registered in the other app;

4. Choose the account you want to connect to your Nutrium account - it should be the same account connect to Google Fit:

5. Allow data sharing between applications again by clicking "Allow" or "Continue", as shown bellow, and if you have more than one email account on your phone, choose the one you need;

6. Check that the wristband icon has turned green and says "ON", which confirms that the integration was successful.

Once the integration is complete, you can use Google Fit to record your physical activities. It can include the date and duration of the activity.

When you access Nutrium again, your activities will be in sync. Just open the app, scroll down to physical activity and click on "More Information".

How to enable physical activity synchronization on IOS

1. Download the app Apple Health app if you have an iOS device;

2. After creating an account in one of the previous apps, access the Nutrium mobile app, find the "Physical Activity" section and click on the wristband icon, in the upper right hand side;

3. In the message that appears, click on "Continue" so that the Nutrium application can access the physical activity;

4. To allow data import, you need to authorize access to all options, as you can see in the following image:

5. Check that the wristband icon has turned green and says "ON", which confirms that the integration was successful.

Once the integration is complete, you can use the Health app to record your physical activities. It can include the date and duration of the activity.

When you access Nutrium again, your activities will be in sync. Just open the app, scroll down to physical activity and click on "More Information".

How to register physical activity manually

If you don't want to install one of these additional apps, you can log your activities manually by clicking on "See All Physical Activity Stats":

Note: By clicking the "+" button, in the bottom menu, you will also be able to add a new physical activity record even if it is on another page.
