How to make a payment to my nutrition professional on Nutrium

If you received a payment request from your nutrition professional, here's how you can easily process the payment.

One of the great benefits of using Nutrium with your nutrition professional is that now you don't need to worry about the payment method. Now you can use Nutrium to make the payment for a nutrition service as smooth and secure as possible.

Payments are made through Stripe, a platform that integrates with Nutrium. Stripe is a payment management platform operating in more than 40 countries and works with clients such as Google, Amazon, and Uber.

How to make a payment?

You'll receive an e-mail with a link to make the payment requested by your nutrition professional. When you click on the link you will be redirected to a page where you can confirm all the details of the payment request as well as the amount requested before accepting it.

After clicking this button you have 24 hours to make the payment. After this period the link will no longer be valid.

Then you will need to fill out the payment information (e-mail, your card details, and country). Make sure you confirm everything before clicking the button Pay to make the payment.

In case you want to request a refund, you should contact your nutrition professional directly to solve this problem.

What payment methods are available?

You can make the payment using any of the following payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Diners Credit Card;

  • Google Pay;

  • Apple Pay.

What if the link expired or there's a payment error?

If any error occurs when you try to make the payment you can try again within 24 hours after clicking the Pay button.

After this period, your link will expire and you'll have to contact your nutrition professional to send you a new payment request.

What currencies do we have available?

The payment requests are only possible in some currencies at the moment, even if it's not your country local currency.

At the moment, the available currencies are US dollar, Euro, GBP, Australian dollar, Argentine and Mexican peso and Brazilian real. No fees will be applicable on currencies conversions.
