Mail couriers will often attempt to try and deliver your packages several times before returning to sender. Some will also hold on to your parcel after a failed delivery, from which you may then pick-up your item from a specific post office or branch within a given time frame.

If a package is delayed or undelivered due to incomplete or outdated address information, contacting the carrier promptly to update or confirm details can help expedite the process.

Steps to Resolve Address Issues

Verify or Update Your Delivery Address

  • Confirm that your shipping address is correct.

  • Ensure details like apartment numbers or suite information are provided accurately. Update your address via your Nuvane account if necessary.

  • Please keep in mind that once your order ships out, we are no longer able to make any changes to the shipping address - you'll need to contact the courier.

Contact the Carrier

  • Contact the carrier to provide missing delivery details or request redelivery. Note that some carriers limit address updates after shipping begins.

If your orders get returned to us for any reason (incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refused service, expired forwarding instructions, custom's fee refusal or you did not collect your package before it was returned) you will be charged a fee to have it shipped out again or cancel and refund the order.

Nuvane may offer a one-time exception to resend a replacement kit at no additional cost or for a nominal shipping fee, depending on the specific scenario. Contacting Nuvane support is advised to confirm updated delivery details and resolve the issue.


*Always make sure that your shipping information is correct and up to date when placing an order or in scenarios where you've moved to a different location.

  • Regularly double-check your address during purchase to avoid delivery errors.

  • Provide a secure address, such as a family member's home or workplace, to reduce delivery risks.
