Using NTCR in Nuvo
Your customers will be matched to NACM's records automatically, ready for you to click 'Pull Report' to access the report at your choosing.
If multiple matches are found, you'll select which report you'd like to access.
If multiple matches are found, you'll select which report you'd like to access, and click 'Pull This Report'.
Connecting your NACM account
Once you complete the connection steps below, National Trade Credit Reports will be an available insight on your customer profiles. Nuvo will match companies automatically, and you will decide when to retrieve a report. Remember, this will create a billing event with your NACM affiliate!

First, request API access from your NACM affiliate
Contact the NACM affiliate from which you plan to access National Trade Credit Reports in Nuvo. All billing for reports you access in Nuvo will be recorded by this NACM affiliate.
Inform them you want access your reports via Nuvo. An example email is below.
Your NACM affiliate will provide an agreement to be signed by NACM and your company for web access.
Your NACM affiliate will give you credentials that you can share with your Nuvo Customer Success manager for verification. Nuvo will verify your sandbox credentials, and then your production credentials.
Ensure your company is contributing trade data to NACM through Nuvo to activate NTCR access. Ask your customer success manager how to get started and refer to our documentation here!

Configure Nuvo to access your National Trade Credit Reports
Once production credentials are shared by NACM, our team can help you add them to your Nuvo account, or you can add them directly.
In your Nuvo account, navigate to Settings and select the Integrations tab.
Scroll down the page to the Data Marketplace and locate National Trade Credit Report and click Connect.
Enter your NTCR authorization credentials as follows and click Connect.
User Reference: Enter "
Nuvo". This helps NACM know where the report is being retrieved.Access Code: Enter the code provided by your NACM affiliate
Region: Select your affiliated NACM region from the dropdown menu
Once you are connected successfully, you will see the National Trade Credit Report card in the Insights section of your customers profiles.
Simply click "Pull Report" to retrieve a National Trade Credit Report. Remember this will create a billing event with your NACM affiliate! If multiple matching reports were found, you will have the chance to select which report to access.
