Your Nuvo dashboard is a shared workspace to review the credit profiles of your customers, and to engage throughout the lifecycle of your relationship with them.
Prompt your customers to complete their draft application
You can encourage your customers to finish their draft applications by sending them a gentle reminder. Follow these simple steps:
Locate a draft application. You can find these in either the 'Awaiting Customer' or 'View All' sections of your Nuvo Dashboard.
Select the draft application and click on 'Send Reminder.' This action will trigger an automated email from your linked mailbox, urging the buyer to complete their application.
Requesting buyers to add or change their app
For buyers that have completed their credit app, you can request updates in just a few clicks.
Locate a submitted application. You can find these in either 'View All', 'Awaiting Customer', 'In Review', 'Approved', or 'Rejected' sections of your dashboard.
Select 'Request Changes' and then indicate which field you would like them to review, as well as an instructional message letting them know what needs to change and why.
Once you have requested changes, the customer will receive an automated email requesting them to make the changes you requested. They will then be taken to the relevant section of the credit application so they can easily make the needed changes.
Buyer requests for updated credit terms
Your customers have the capability to request alterations to their existing credit terms through Nuvo. Upon such a request, you will receive a notification, complete with a Nuvo access link.
Following the link, you can assess your customer's credit risk profile in detail. Based on your review, you can then decide to maintain their current terms or implement adjustments to the granted trade credit.
