There are many different ways for you transfer a file but we recommend using any cloud service you have at hand. A few of the most common ones are: Google Drive, iCloud and Dropbox. 

These services all have free versions that should be enough for you to get your videos and documents across all your devices. Simply download the app from the App Store if you are on iOS or the Google Playstore if you are using an Android device. From the app, upload the files you need and they will be available to download from the web version on your computer.
