Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Oaktone has fulfillment centers in Los Angeles (USA), the Netherlands (EU), and Hong Kong (Asia) to help us serve customers across the globe—including Australia and South America.
Please note that international shipping can take 2–3 weeks depending on the destination. Customs clearance times and regional logistics can occasionally cause delays that are outside of our control.
Which carriers do you use?
Our logistics partners (ShipBob and SpaceShip) work with trusted global carriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS, and local postal services depending on your location. The carrier will be selected based on speed, reliability, and regional coverage.
Where does my order ship from?
Your order will ship from the warehouse closest to you that has stock available. We currently operate warehouses in:

How long does shipping take?
USA Orders: Typically 2–5 business days
International Orders: Usually 1–3 weeks, depending on customs and local delivery speeds
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor the journey of your package.
Will I receive tracking updates?
Absolutely. As soon as your order is placed, you'll get a confirmation email. Then, once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link that will update in real-time as your shipment makes its way to you.
What about customs and import duties?
