Unpacking Oakboard Floor Vista is a clean, straightforward experience. Inside the durable cardboard mailer—lined with soft foam perfect for reuse—you’ll find the Floor Vista, a 2-meter USB-C cable, two Oaktone stickers (one round, one rectangle), and two helpful informational cards. The QR code on the packaging links to your full user guide and setup instructions but this page will be useful for quickly connecting to Taz Pro, Taz Lite or Taz SP.
The Floor Vista is plug-and-play for basic MIDI use. It ships with current firmware and doesn’t require drivers. If you ever want to change the notes transmitted by your Slide Duo, or simply verify or update firmware, head to oaktone.com/programmer. If you're using the Floor Vista’s dynamic display, you’ll need software support: either Ableton Live Suite with Taz or the latest beta of Strange Electronic Setlist, or any version of Ableton with Ableset 2.7 or higher.
When you flip open the lid, you’ll find the words "stage tools for storytellers"— a small reminder of the creative force behind every Oaktone design.
Didn’t buy directly from oaktone.com? No problem—register your product with your purchase info to download Taz Lite and stay up to date on all future enhancements.
With rugged hardware and a thoughtful unboxing, Floor Vista is ready to take the stage as soon as you are.
